Is he alive?

GIANLUCA SLEPT THROUGH THE NIGHT...FOR 8.5 HOURS!!!

I just can't believe it! Monday night I was really at the end of my rope and while I was trying to get him to sleep I had to put him down and walk away. I just couldn't take it anymore. So I came back in about ten minutes later and he was still crying so I picked him up and put his pacifier in and made sure he was comfy... he just kept crying! I had to walk away again and this time after 10 minutes he fell asleep!!! I guess we unintentionally cried it out and we got 2 solid stretches of 4 hours! So then last night, Tuesday night, he was fussing again and I put him down to let him cry for just a little bit and he fell asleep on impact of the crib! The kiddo slept right on through until morning! I remember waking up sometime around midnight and thinking to myself, "wow, he's been asleep for a couple hours!" and then waking up around 3:30 and thinking that he must have died because he certainly couldn't be asleep this long! He slept until 5:00am!!! He's alive and very well rested... as are his parents!
